Shipping Policies
Granny's picnic baskets receive orders 24/7 weekend orders are shipped the following business day. Items will be shipped in 1-3 days from time order is placed. Fed-Ex ground delivery service or UPS will be used. For faster delivery time use 2-day air or overnight air express. Saturday and Sundays are not counted when calculating the number of days a parcel will spend in transit. Expect items to arrive in 1 to 7 business days depending on destination.
Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with any of your picnic items, you may return the item for a full refund within 10 days of receiving it, less shipping costs. The item must be in unused condition and in its original packaging. Please contact us by e-mail for return instructions. We will give you instruction on how to handle the return. Returns on items will be accepted within 30 days and a full refund will be credit back to your credit card minus shipping, handling or freight charges. Some items have a 15% restocking fee, if we are not notified within the 10 days
No returns will be authorized after 30 days from receipt of shipment.
Manufactures Defects
If a product seems to have a defect contact our customer service department for instructions. If any item needs returning be sure to contact the Customer service department first. so we can give you the correct instructions.

Picnic time products are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product. Our warranty applies when the product is used for the purpose intended. and does not apply to damaged caused by typical wear and tear unreasonable use or neglect.
Contact us to receive a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. a return shipping address will be given to you at this time. An RMA is required to process a return. Returns without authorization are subject to refusal.
Carefully repackage the product in the manufacturer's original packaging make sure all parts and paperwork are included.
Return the product via UPS or FED EX Granny's picnic basket is not responsibly for lost packages so it is recommended that you insurance your return. in a rare case a package is damage in return of your purchase we will notify you, so you can file a claim with the shipper.
Place a shipping label on the box do not write on the manufacturers box or you may be charged for a new box.
The RMA number will expire in 10 days for the date that it was issue.
Personalized items
No return maybe made on personalized items.
Backorder Policy
You will be notified of any back orders and given a delivery date. Most items are in stock at all times so it is seldom that a item will be back ordered. If you want to change your order at that time we will take the change and process it.
Damaged Goods Policy
Damaged Shipments
Damaged Shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged be sure to note this on the freight bill at time of delivery. If their is any concealed damage call the delivery company and have them come back to inspect the package keep all packing and file a report. We are not responsible for damage caused by the shipping company. Failure to follow these instructions could result with you incurring replacement cost of damaged items.
